Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear.

• Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional events.

•  *Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  We currently offer the following shipping options:

  Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.      

    International Shipping

    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

    • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.        

      Delays & Exceptions

      • Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods may impact delivery times.

      • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

      • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays; please double-check your information before submitting your order.
